10730 Leg Up Suspension Trauma Strap
Leg Up suspension trauma strap consists of a web bridle with foot stirrups and adjuster contained in a durable light-weight pouch. The Leg Up was designed to address suspension trauma, a serious problem associated with fall arrest. In the event of a fall, the user will be suspended from a lanyard or retractable lifeline. During the fall the Leg Up will partially deploy, allowing the user to easily pull it from the pouch. The user would then place their feet in the stirrups, lift their legs and simply adjust the straps until comfortable. The user can now stand or maintain a seated position until a rescuer arrives. It can be attached to any full body harness without alterations to the product or harness.
