Use of Swivel Top System with CB-12 or CB-18 roof top anchor provides the proper means of positioning the retractable lifeline. CB Swivel Top allows the retractable lifeline to be cradled on its edge instead of laying flat on its side. This allows the cable to pay outward and retract back into the retractable housing the way it was intended.
