Miller Fusion X10020 Multi-Purpose Roof Anchor Post for use on metal sheathing, wood and concrete roofing.
Miller Fusion is approved for use as a temporary or permanent roof
anchor. Designed for use with metal sheathing with minimum 24 gauge
thickness, plywood with minimum thickness of 5/8 inch and concrete
decking with minimum thickness of 6.5 inches. Fastening hardware not
included. Attaches directly to the deck surface and does not require
roof penetration to sub-surface rafters or trusses. Post with D-ring
attachment extends 8.6 inches above base. The Fusion roof anchor post
is uniquely engineered to absorb energy minimizing fall arrest forces
imposed on the user and the roof structure. The energy absorbing load
distribution component within the Fusion post activates at 1,000 ft/lbs.
In the event of a fall, the top of the Miller Fusion roof anchor post
reorients with the force in a direct line and activates the
patent-pending energy absorber. Stainless steel internal components and
powder coat over zinc plated post and base make the Fusion ideal for
permanent installations. Miller Fusion is designed for flat or low
slope (less than 4:12 pitch) roof structures. Provides fall protection
for roof inspection, HVAC, debris removal and solar panel installation.
