Super Anchor 2801 ARS 2 X 8 Permanent Fall Protection Single Pack Anchor Kit including ARS anchor, Santoprene flashing, stem cover, tether strap, bolt kit and manual.  The patented design is flashed into the roofing membrane as a permanent fixture that provides fall protection during the construction phase as well as for all warranty and maintenance workers.  The ARS series anchor installs quickly and easily with a single grade 8 attachment bolt .  Constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel.  Easily attaches to a 2 X 4, 2 X 6 or 2 X 8 top cord before sheathing is in place.  In event of a fall, the anchor stem folds over reducing shock load.
