Ordering
Purchase orders can
be placed through our website. You will be notified by email when your
order has been shipped. Invoice will be emailed to you for your records.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Sales tax will be applied on all orders placed in Ohio. If you have tax exempt status, please contact us at 614-876-8698.
Freight Policy
We
ship UPS ground. For your convenience, the shopping cart contains a
rate calculator. Rate calculations are based on weight and zip code
destination of the package. We do not add any mark-up to freight
charges. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to order totals. Orders
will be shipped from our facility in Hilliard, Ohio or direct form the
manufacturer. Majority of orders will ship 24 to 48 hours after receipt
of purchase order.
Returns
If for any reason you must return an item, please contact us by email at

or by phone at 614-876-8698 and we will assign a returned goods
authorization number. No returns later than 30 days after the date of
the sale. Freight on returns is to be paid by the customer. A 15%
restocking fee may apply. All returned items must be in unused condition
and fit for resale.
The
manufacturer's warranties apply to all products sold by Peak Supply
Company. No other warranty expressed or implied is offered.
