New York. Annually, Pearlweave produces in excess of 6,000,000 square
feet of safety netting.
Pearlweave manufactures a wide variety of
netting products. Pearlweave's guardrail and safety net systems
facilitate compliance with the fall protection requirements of Subpart M
in the easiest and most cost effective manner. Pearlweave's guardrail
netting is woven to rigid specifications and then thoroughly tested to
ensure that they exceed all mandatory and voluntary safety standards.
The guardrail netting fabric utilize a unique polyester core yarn that
is expressly designed to be lightweight and flexible at all
temperatures, while providing maximum strength and protection.
Pearlweave's
material handling net systems facilitate compliance with OSHA standards
for the movement and storage of products. Pearlweave manufactures
netting systems for rack guard applications for warehouse storage racks
as well as netting designed for use as conveyor guard. Netting installed
under and around elevated conveyors reduce damage to fallen products
and provide passive overhead protection for employees working below the
nets.
Pearlweave has a wide range of personnel safety net systems
designed to address the fall protection and debris containment concerns
of construction and industry. Personnel nets and debris nets when
installed horizontally, provide passive fall protection for workers
above the nets and passive debris protection for workers and the public
below the nets.
